Gloria Trevisan was an Italian architect based in London, United Kingdom.

Apart from being an architect, she was also a self taught drawer and portraitist.

Trevisan moved to London from Italy, due to her family having financial difficulties. Her parents' home had been repossessed in early 2017. They are now living with Trevisan's grandparents.

She was in a relationship with Marco Gottardi.

Trevisan hailed from the Veneto region of northern Italy.

On June 14, 2017, Gloria and Marco Gottardi were in their 23rd-floor flat of the Grenfell Tower when they became aware of the blaze, which killed at least 30 and injured many more.

They both called their families and told them they could see the flames raging up the stairs.

"I am so sorry I can never hug you again,” Gloria stated.

“I had my whole life ahead of me.

It’s not fair.

I don’t want to die.

I wanted to help you, to thank you for all you did for me.“I am about to go to heaven, I will help you from there.”

Her father recorded part of the phone call so that her brother, who was not present, could hear her final words.
