Moment she screams for help

On June 14, 2017, at about 1:30 a.m., Ibrham streamed to Facebook Live, a nine minute video of her inside one of the flats on an upper floor. [1]

The video shows an apartment door being opened to reveal a dark, smoke-filled corridor.

"Okay, I'm not going," someone is then heard saying.

[1]

She can be heard inviting people into her apartment to escape the smoke.

Much of the rest of the video shows a clear view over the balcony, where smoke and fire cannot be seen.

[1]

Ibrham is then heard praying in Arabic. She says she lives on the top floor of the building and that the flames have not yet reached her flat. [1]

At one point, a resident of a neighboring flat can be heard desperately shouting, "We're stuck on the 23rd floor."

[2]

Ibrham has not been heard from since the incident.
