Georgia Quinn is an American attorney and entrepreneur based in New York, New York. She is the co-founder and Chairwoman of the Advisory Board of iDisclose and General Counsel of CoinList. [3][1]

Quinn graduated from New York University in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Theatre. She later attended Columbia Law School, graduating in 2007 with a Doctor of law. ^[1]

Quinn was recognized in 2014 as a Top Female Attorney in New York City by Thomson Reuters. In 2015, she was joined by other honored attorneys in a special section about “Super Lawyers” featured in the The New York Times. She is on the advisory board for the American Banker Lending and Investing Conference and NextGeneration Startups, an online resource for young entrepreneurs.

Quinn is also a senior contributor to Crowdfund Insider, an online crowdfunding publication.
