George Waldenberger is a meteorologist who currently work at WFTV. He graduated from University of Wisconsin–Madison.

George Waldenberger grew in a family dairy farm in Wisconsin. He alongside his ten siblings, always milked cows all winter long, even as temperatures dropped below zero and snowstorms dropped multiple feet of snow.

He attended University of Wisconsin–Madison and graduated with a bachelor of science in Geological/Geophysical Engineering. He worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers in New York City before he returned for his masters. He attended University of California, Los Angeles for his Master's degree in 2003 while he was a working as a graduate assistant in the university. He graduated from UCLA in 2005 with a master’s degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology.

George his first Job as a Weather Producer at KTLA in Los Angeles where he produced weather graphics and wrote scripts for anchors. He joined KMEG 14 News as a Meteorologist in September 2005. While at KMEG, he shot, wrote and edited videos for TV newscasts. He later joined KJRH-TV as a meteorologist after spending two years at KMEG. While at KJRH-TV, he anchored forecasts for TV News and covered tornado warning live on air and she also wrote and produced science related TV news stories.

George Waldenberger joined KSHB-TV as a Meteorologist in January 2010. At KSHB, he anchor all TV News forecasts and severe weather coverage on Saturday morning through Sundays night. He promoted the Kansas City St. Jude Dream Home Charity by raising nearly $2,000,000.

He currently work for WFTV in Orlando, Florida as a Meteorologist after joining the station in January 2010. ^[1][2]
