Since his days at Yale Law School in the united state of america, he has been involved in publishing his work including become the editor of Yale Law Journal, a prestigious publication in all areas of law. He received his A.B. from Harvard University graduating with a magna cum laude status. He clerked at the United States Court of Appeals Second Circuit for Honorable Ralph K. Winter, Jr. from 1987 - 1988.
