On July 24, 2017, Gonzalez uploaded a Facebook Live video that depicts a naked hispanic male in his 20s running in the street and acting erratically with a self inflicted penis wound.

T he incident happened at around 7:23 p.m local time in the 3800 block of North Drake Avenue in Chicago.

Responding officers tried to calm down the man, but they were unable to and used stun guns in a dry stun technique to stop him.

The unidentified man was taken to Swedish Covenant Hospital for a mental evaluation and had minor injuries from the incident.
