Eric Grubman
Eric Grubman is an Executive Vice President of the National Football League and the President of NFL Ventures Inc. He also served as Independent Director of Noble Energy since January, 2009 until April, 2017.
Career
He joined the NFL in May, 2004 as Executive Vice President of Finance and Strategic Transactions. In 2006, he assumed the additional role of President, NFL Ventures and other duties. He has served as Chief financial officer several times at the NFL, including during the period leading up to and through the recent negotiation with the NFL Players Union. He has also served as the executive in charge of Human resources and Information technology.
From 2001 to 2004, he was a private Investor. Eric P. Grubman served as a Co-president at Constellation Energy Group, Inc. from 2000 to 2001.
Mr. Grubman was a Partner of the Energy Group at Goldman, Sachs from 1996 to 2000 and worked in its merger department from 1987 to 2000.
Prior to that, Eric worked as an Officer in the U.S. Navy from 1980 to 1985.
Currently he serves on the Board of directors of the U.S. Naval Academy and as a Member of Advisory board at Moag & Company, L.L.C.
Education
Eric Grubman holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and B.S. from the United States Naval Academy.
