Emilie Ikeda (born July 22, 1994) is an American journalist based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a multimedia reporter at Fox News. [1]
Education
Ikeda graduated from North Penn High School in the class of 2012. She went on to attend American University, graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science.
She was Captain of American University's Division I Field Hockey team.
Career
Prior to joining Fox News in November 2017, she was a multimedia journalist at WHAG / WUSA in Montgomery County, Maryland. She was also junior reporter at FOX29.
She has covered stories regarding the Bill Cosby trials and the Austin serial bombings. She was also on the scene during the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida, Hurricane Florence, the 2018 U.S. Air National Guard C-130 crash, and the killing of Mollie Tibbetts.
