Dan Fleyshman is an American Entrepreneur and Angel investor based in Los Angeles, California . Skipping high school in order to launch the globally successful brand "Who's Your Daddy," Dan has started a number of companies over the past 15 years. He most recently founded the Social Media Agency, Elevator.Studio.

Dan grew up in San Diego, California and is the son of Latvian immigrants who came to America after the fall of the Iron Curtain. He attended Patrick Henry High School. At the age of 17, Dan started to trademark the phrase "Who's Your Daddy" and when he was 18, licensed it in the UK for $9.5 million. Over the next several years he sold $15 million worth of clothes in six department stores, he launched the energy drink "Who's Your Daddy" in 55,000 department stores.

After ten years of success with Who's Your Daddy, Dan stepped down as CEO in order to start a new company Victory Poker, an online Poker site, in 2010.

Although it gained enough traction for him to sponsor a poker team, Dan had to shut down the site after the U.S.

Government began to crack down on gambling online.

Dan is an active angel investor and has advised 24+ companies ranging from mobile apps to consumer products. One of his investments, Uwheels and the "Dollar Beard Club" exceeded $5,000,000 in sales in less than 8 months.

In 2014, Dan worked with Phil Ivey to help expand his Ivey League brand, expanding it into apparel and headphones to Fantasy Sports. He started and served as CEO of the media company, 1stSlice.com and also founded the celebrity shout-out video greeting service, Celebvidy. Dan serves as Director of Gaming for ENGAGEBDR, an Online Advertising Network. Most recently, Dan launched the Social Media Agency Elevator.Studio in December 2016 that helps coordinate partnerships between brands and influencers.

Dan is the host of the quarterly event "Elevator Nights," where 12 companies present their pitch for five minutes in front of 150 of his angel investor friends.

Dan has over 99 endorsements in entrepreneurship, social media marketing, online advertising, marketing, poker, and public speaking on LinkedIn. Dan authored a book alongside his peer Branden Hampton How To Set Up Your Business For Under $1000, and has since grown to a number of positive reviews.

Dan is an avid poker player who has garnered multiple 1st place wins at events like the 5k C.E.O.

Poker Championship at the Palms, the Canadian Poker Tour Main Event, the 25k high roller event at the Commerce Casino, and won the 10k Chipleader Challenge at the Hard Rock.

Furthermore, Dan has a growing following on social media and boasts over 40K followers on Twitter and 110K followers on Instagram.

Dan founded the Model Citizen Fund in 2011, a charity that creates backpacks supplied with 150 emergency supply products for the homeless.

Distributed around the world, his backpacks have been given the homeless in around the world in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Las Vegas and orphanages in Tijuana & Peru. The Model Citizen Fund has been the official charity for the World Series of Poker Europe as well as featured on Fox Sports and ESPN.
