D Savage 3900 is an American Rapper from Gardena, California in Los Angeles County. His most popular songs to date are "30 Round Clip" and "I Know II".

D Savage was born in Queens, New York but moved to Los Angeles, California when he was two-years-old. Growing up, D Savage heavily listened to Chief Keef whom he would list as one of his influences. In high school, D Savage frequently associated with Artists such as Tyler, The Creator and Ian Connor, but he never intended to be a rapper.

One day when D Savage was 17, he was in the studio and decided to record his first track "30 Round Clip" which has since garnered over 6.6 million views in a year since his release.

As he started to gain traction, people took notice and after linking up on social media, D Savage ended up signing to Joey Fatts' Cutthroat Records.
