Colleen Ferreri was an American woman from Baltimore, Maryland who took her own life on April 24, 2017. ^[1] The footage of her suicide was on streamed on Facebook live. ^[1]

Colleen was born and raised in the United States East Coast, and lived in the last days of her life, she lived in Maryland.

She is a fan of Hip hop music and her all time favorite was the Wu Tang Clan. She has also been to numerous concerts throughout her life celebrating the music she was so

passionate about in the hip hop sub-culture.

Some of her other favorite artists include Kurt Cobain, Adam Sandler, and Method Man.

Colleen was also a Marijuana smoker and often shared her favorite meme-related content on her Social media.

She was a lover of Mexican food, and her favorites were Tacos.

She often wore Adidas shoes with different color laces. One of her favorite t-shirts that she loved to wear was her green Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles one.

She had two daughters, and according to a close friend of Colleen who commented on her Facebook obituary, their father passed away some time ago.

She had a partner named John Evans she really loved.

On April 24th, 2017, Colleen took to Facebook to say her final goodbyes before she decided to take her own life using a loaded machine gun. Moments before her suicide, the police arrived in time to attempt to change her mind. ^[1]

For more than ten minutes, the police, in pure urgency for the matter at hand, struggle to save Colleen.

During the encounter between both parties, Colleen expresses that she has been an inadequate mother to her amazing daughters.

As the cops say to her: "let me help you", Colleens responds with, "There is not help dude, I suck at life".

She also says the following throughout the interaction about herself as a mother to her daughters: ^[1]

"My kids are better off without me...

Everyone is better off without me I am piece of shit and I am a fucking loser...

Everybody's better off without meI suck at life I am a piece of shit and I deserve everything that's going to happen to me."

The cop tries to get her to put the gun down, and fails when Colleen says that it's going to be either one or two people she would take with them.

She says.

"I am not threatening you with my gun, I am only threatening me with my gun.

If I point my at you would you point yours at me?" The cop then answers: "Nobody wants that".

She then says: ^[1]

In the final moments, Colleen raises the gun after she tells the negotiator police man about her other daughter some more - reflecting upon her.

She then raises her gun and the cop tries to stop her, but then it was too late.

Before starting the Facebook live video, she had published several posts expressing

her pessimism and low self-esteem.

She posted the music video of the Hoobastank song called the "The Reason"; and later she also posted the music video for the Blink 182 song "Adam's Song". ^[1]
