During the evening of October 16th in Independence, Missouri, Taylor was tailgating Whitney Gray's vehicle in his Toyota Sequoia.
When Taylor tried to pass Gray nearly causing a collision, she threw a drink that exploded when it landed inside his vehicle.
In rage, Taylor shot Gray resulting in her death.
Taylor did not show up to work the next day, prompting suspicion from his father.
He was discovered by the US Marshals Service 700 miles away in Box Elder, South Dakota.
Taylor has been charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.
