Chef LaLa, is an accomplished chef, cookbook author, food stylist, food consultant, certified nutritionist, and motivational speakere.[2][3][4]

Personal Life

Chef LaLa is from a family of restaurateurs and is very passionate about educating people on how to enjoy traditional cultural cuisine in a way that's healthy. She is based out of Los Angeles and has a son named Maddox. [2]

Education

Chef LaLa studied global cuisine at the notorious Le Cordon Bleu.[2]

Career

Chef LaLa runs her own high-end catering business called SAVOR!. She's made appearances on international and national television, including NBC’s TODAY! show, Martha Stewart, Dr. Oz, Univision and CNN en Español.[2]

She's also appeared as an expert on several programs including expert on Discovery Health National Body Challenge, America Now, National Univision Despierta American, The Biggest Loser, Mom Ambush, Telemundo and De Todo Un Poco.[2]

Chef LaLa has written three books: "Latin Lover Lite", "Best Loved Mexican Cooking with Chef LaLa" and "LaLa’s Yummy for your Tummy".[2]
