Chandler Lutz is an Asian American reporter, singer, and actress who was born in the Philippines and brought up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Currently, she works at CBS 3 Eyewitness News This Morning (weekdays, 4:30-7 a.m.) as a traffic reporter in August 2018. Previously, before joiningCBS 3, she worked as a reporter and traffic anchor at PHL 17 for two years.[1]
Personal Life and Education
Chandler Lutz was born in the Philippines and raised in Philadelphia. When she was still very young, her family relocated to the USA. She spent her childhood days in South Jersey.
Chandler Lutz is a highly educated and qualified woman. She went to Saint Joseph's University and graduated in May of 2016 cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration for Entrepreneurship and also a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Digital Media and Communication.
She is married to Tim Latimer.
The couple resides in Philadelphia where she currently works.
Career
Singing and Acting
Chandler started her career when she was very young.
She took different vocal lessons and inevitably recorded her very first album.
At the point when she was 16 years old, she was blessed enough to perform at the Carnegie Hall where she sang her first solo hit called Believes in Dreams.
Journalism
Chandler Lutz started her news career working for PHL 17 as a member of the network sales department.
During her initial days at PHL 17, she was able to learn more about the business parts of running a news station.
She joined the PHL 17 News team in 2015 and started working in a variety of different job posts including producer, editor, and writer.
In 2016, she created Weekend Picks, a segment dedicated to showcasing various interesting and important events that occurred during the weekend in the local community of Delaware Valley.
In February 2017, she started working for the PHL 17 Morning News team as a producer and a traffic news reporter.
In mid-2018, Chandler left the PHL 17 team and moved to Philadelphia where she joined the CBS3 Eyewitness News team.
She at present works for the station as a traffic news reporter for their weekly Morning Show.
Trivia
When Chandler is not working, she enjoys taking trips around her local community in Philadelphia in search of good restaurants and especially enjoys trying out food from new places that she is not familiar with. She also loves working out and spending time at the beach whenever she gets the opportunity. Travelling is one of her passion and loves sharing photos of her journey on social media.
