Cassandra Nickcole Damper is a resident of Houston known for accidentally shooting a man named Devyn Holmes while on Facebook Live. [1]

People on social media who opine that the shooting of Devyn Holmes was a set up.
On April 1, 2018, while sitting inside of a car at a parking lot near a gas station, Damper and her friends began to play around with their handguns.
The friends broadcast the moments on Facebook live of themselves comparing their guns. Suddenly, Damper led out a gunshot aimed at Devyn Holmes, in which the video captures how the blood spurts out once the bullet traverses his head.
The police were called around 2:25 a.m. about a man who allegedly had accidentally shot himself in the head.
[1] Once the police arrived they found inaccuracies in the story and, after reviewing their investigation, the police saw how the entire incident was caught on social media.
She and the second man present in the vehicle along with Holmes, were taken in for questioning.
Damper was ultimately arrested for tampering with evidence after she tried to
destroy evidence by wiping off any gunshot residue that may have been present.
She is free on bond and was given an ankle monitor and curfew.
A majority of the public on Social media that have taken an interest into the case and the shooting incident, opine that the shooting was a set-up. The day before the Facebook livesteam of the incident in which Holmes was shot, he and the second man, Johnathan "Cadillac" Coleman, in the vehicle had made threats against one another on their social media profiles.
