Brittany attended private Viewpoint School in Calabasas, California. She went to college at the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating in three years with a B.A in history. She was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society and was first in her class in statistics. Hoffman later found herself at Georgetown University Law Center where she earned a J.D. in law. At Georgetown she was president of the Latin American Law Students Association and was a Farrell Scholarship Recipient. 
Hoffman got her start in law as a legal assistant at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. A year later she became a summer associate at Entwistle & Cappucci LLP, compiling facts, drafting memoranda and other documents related mostly to corporate fraud and class action cases. She then took a legal extern gig at the Federal Communications Commission under the Special Council in the Enforcement Bureau: Investigations and Hearings Division.
Birttany moved on to Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. where she was a summer associate. Some of her responsibilities included aiding litigation practice representing financial institutions and high-net worth individuals, conducting legal research and drafting documents, and preparing fact and expert witnesses for testimony. She quickly switched legal focus and became a television literary agent at ICM Partners for eight months, and again at Brillstein Entertainment Partners. She then tried her hand at being a talent agent for news/hosts at N.S. Bienstock with a focus on publishing, marketing, and branding.
Brittany Hoffman joined The Wall Group in 2012 as a business development associate to Brooke Wall. At The Wall Group Brittany focused on contract management and business deals with outside and in-house counsel, and researched and brainstormed strategic alliances for the company. She jumped ship to Renegade 83 where she reviewed and managed new contracts, evaluated the profitability of select programming, and developed and maintained extensive working relationships with networks, studios, agents, counsel, and producers.
Brittany went over to Lifetime Entertainment as a programming coordinator where she put her energy into non-scripted programming and worked with networks of ondustry professionals on developing shows. Hoffman spent almost three years working at VaynerMedia. She got her start as an associate project manager, working on strategic social media and digital projects and managing multiple brands for a diverse social client base. Eventually she was promoted to brand management and growth hacker for Gary Vaynerchuk where she was a one person team. She grew Gary's Facebook and Instagram to over 1 million followers, she spearheaded collaborations with podcasters, Youtubers, Influencers and digital publications; wrote and edited content, and did so much more. Her last ten months at VaynerMedia were spent as a brand direction, producer and growth strategist at VaynerTalent, a storytelling platform.
In April of 2017 Brittany founded Brittany Krystle LLC, where she is a personal branding and growth expert. She is also host of the Beyond Influential podcast.
