Brittany Krystle (Hoffman) is an entrepreneur, personal brand expert, and business strategist. She hosts the top-rated Beyond Influential podcast. ^[1]

Brittany attended private Viewpoint School in Calabasas, California. She went to college at the University of California, Los Angeles, graduating in three years with a B.A in history. She was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society and was first in her class in statistics. Hoffman later found herself at Georgetown University Law Center where she earned a J.D. in law. At Georgetown she was president of the Latin American Law Students Association and was a Farrell Scholarship Recipient. She went on to pass the New York Bar, receive her license, and pivot her career out of law into something she loved.

Hoffman worked a variety of legal jobs over her career before passing the bar, including as a legal assistant at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, as a 1L summer associate at Entwistle & Cappucci LLP, her 2L summer at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C, and a legal extern gig at the Federal Communications Commission under the Special Council in the Enforcement Bureau: Investigations and Hearings Division.

Shortly after passing the bar exam, she quickly pivoted into the entertainment world by getting a job as an assistant for the Vice Chairman at ICM Partners, Bob Broder. She worked in a variety of roles trying to figure out what worked for her, including at Brillstein Entertainment Partners, Renegade 83, and the Lifetime Entertainment as a programming coordinator where she put her energy into non-scripted programming and worked with networks of industry professionals on developing shows.

Hoffman knew the path she was on was not the right one for her and as she was studying for the GMAT to go to business school, she was made away of Gary Vaynerchuk and an opening in the Los Angeles off of his agency VaynerMedia. She got her start as an associate project manager, working on strategic social media and digital projects and managing multiple brands for a diverse social client base. Eventually she was promoted to a brand strategy and growth role for Gary Vaynerchuk where she was part of Team Garyvee. She helped grow Gary's Facebook and Instagram to over 1 million followers, she spearheaded collaborations with podcasters, Youtubers, Influencers and digital publications; wrote and edited content, and the variety of elements that go into a profitable personal brand online. Her last ten months at VaynerMedia were spent as a brand producer and growth strategist at VaynerTalent, a the personal branding arm of the agency.

In April of 2017 Brittany left Vayner to pursue her entrepreneurial vision, and in October 2017 started recording her top-rated Beyond Influential podcast.

She currently creates content and digital programs (like The LinkedIn Laws and The Clarity Course) to help the entrepreneurial-minded learn how to build an authentic, influential personal brand online that allows them to grow their businesses and create success on their own terms.

She has since been featured in many publications and top industry podcasts for her personal branding knowledge.
