Ben Guarino is an American journalist lives in Washington, D.C. He is a science reporter at The Washington Post. ^[1]

Ben Guarino graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in bioengineering. He went on to attend New York University, where he received a Master's degree in journalism.

Prior to joining The Washington Post in April 2016, he worked as a freelance science journalist, an associate editor at the Dodo, and a medical reporter at McMahon Group.
