Bankole Williams is a Nigerian, from the Yoruba ethnic group. He is the instigator and leading consultant at LYD Consulting; a cooperate firm that aims at delivering consulting interventions to individuals and organizations which eventually brings tremendous changes. Over the years, Bankole Williams has successfully promoted several customer service and management and leadership programs for several organizations. He currently resides in Lagos State, Nigeria.^[1]

Bankole Williams has worked with Smooth 98.1 fm as the host of the program aimed at putting business owners on the verge of success, equipping them with the necessary skills needed to run their businesses, titled the “Market Place”. Bankole also works at the "After School Graduates Development Centre" (AGDC) through public speaking, he empowers recent University graduates on the path to establishing oneself. He also works in partnership with the Lagos State Technical and Vocational Education Board (LASTVEB) with speeches on Employability skills and Private sector development.^[11] He has also organized coaching sessions on career, which he did in partnership with the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and the JobMag Centre.

He is an experienced life coach and consultant and a Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) guru. He has mastered the art of delivering training solutions on employability, self management, emotional Intelligence, communication skills, team work, leadership skills, and Selling skills.

Bankole Williams is the Founder of "Live Your Dreams Africa" which is a non governmental organization, which focuses on youth empowerment and independence. He was motivated to set up the platform so as to enable African youths fulfill their goals and dreams. The platform has successfully raised outstanding personalities in different sectors of life.^[14]
