Early Life & Education
Arlette Saenz was born and raised in Texas. Arlette Saenz graduated from University of Notre Dame in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in American studies and a minor in the Hesburgh in Public service.[2] [4] Prior to joining ABC News, she began working as an intern at WOAI-TV and ABC News Nightline.[2]
Career
Arlette Saenz started her career in 2005 as an Intern at Nightline. In 2006, Arlette Saenz was an Intern at WOAI-TV. From 2006 to 2007, she served as an intern at the University of Notre Dame Office of News and Information.[2]
Arlette Saenz joined ABC News in August 2007. She worked as a as senior desk assistant. In September 2010, she began working as a digital journalist, covering the U.S. Senate and politics as a White House reporter and producer.[3] She worked as an embed during the 2012 United States presidential election, covering the campaigns of Vice President Joe Biden, Texas Governor Rick Perry, former Senator Rick Santorum, House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Marco Rubio, and Bob McDonnell.[2] [4]
