Ana Swanson is an American journalist based in Washington, D.C. Ana Swanson is also a domestic correspondent at The New York Times. [1]
Education
Ana Swanson graduated from Northwestern University in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree in cultural anthropology. She later attended The Johns Hopkins University, where she received a Master's degree in international relations.
Career
Ana Swanson has worked as a freelance writer for outlets including Foreign policy, Forbes, CNN, and The Atlantic. Swanson was also a researcher at the New America Foundation, where she helped to run Foreign Policy's South Asia channel.
Before that, Ana Swanson lived in Shanghai and worked as the editor-in-chief of China Economic Review, and an editor at Pacific Epoch, an equity research firm.
