Pearl Pinson was seen inside of the car in a grey sweatshirt. She was reported missing. It is believed that Fernando Castro kidnapped her.
Fernando is a Hispanic / Latino male and was last seen last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, possibly wearing reading-type glasses.
