Aizaz Siddiqui is a 26-year-old man from Binghamton, New York. ^[6]He grew up in Binghamton and attended Maine-Endwell High School. ^[7]He went on to graduate from Buffalo State with a degree in hotel, motel, and restaurant management. ^[7]

Siddiqui is currently employed at the DoubleTree in Binghamton. ^[-1]

On December 8, 2016, Siddiqui was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident resulting in death over the death of Stefani Lineva. Siddiqui did not turn himself in and a tip led to his arrest. ^[0]

On December 3rd, Lineva's was found on Route 434 at 2am near the Pennsylvania Avenue Exit; she was later pronounced dead at the hospital. ^[3]
