On August 19, 2016, Adam was shot dead during an armed robbery in his Auburndale, Florida apartment. According to police, Adam had went on a date with Hailey Bustos, whom he had met on PlentyOfFish a day before he was killed. [undefined] [1]
Hailey Bustos was paid $50.00 to set up the robbery the next day after meeting Hilarie. Hailey Bustos and the three men involved in his murder broke into Adam's apartment to steal TVs, an Xbox and an iPhone, and jewelry. [undefined] [1]
Adam was begging for his life and was not putting up any type of fight.
He was shot in the head by one of Hailey Bustos's accomplices. [undefined] [1]
