Abby Dowse (born September 17, 1989) is an Australian personal trainer and Instagram Model that has amassed over 1.5 million followers on Instagram under the handle @abbydowse.^[1][13]

Abby was born in Sydney, New South Wales Australia in 1989. A practicing vegan, she promotes a healthy lifestyle through her fitness and photo blogging. Abby is also a personal trainer.^[12]

Her first Instagram post was in 2015 and featured herself alongside fellow model Christie Mekhael.^[15]
