Millard was born and raised in Carrefour, Ouest outside of Port-au-Prince in Haiti. He would immigrate to the Allapattah neighborhood in Miami where his mother started a transportation business. It was in Miami that Millard started to pursue rapping and cites Jay Z as a major influence. Some of his most popular songs include "Blow A Check" and "Moonwalk." "Blow A Check" would be remixed by Diddy and French Montana.

Zoey Dollaz and Skinnyfromthe9 have had beef since late 2018. On February 10th, Dollaz posted a video of Skinnyfromthe9 running away from his crew after they ran into each other in the studio.
