The two first began developing an audience by playing outrageous characters in comedy shorts. Since then he's had dozens of videos go viral, including a parody of Genius's "Verified" series and one where James Charles gives him a makeover. [24][25][27]
After achieving moderate success, Zane scraped the remnants out of his piggy bank and headed to Hollywood to pursue an acting career and expand his audience. Along the way, he had the chance to team up with other influencers like Gabbie Hanna, Scotty Sire, Toddy Smith, and David Dobrik. His career really took off after he featured in Dobrik's "David's Vlog."[26]
Zane has acted in film and television. He's appeared in the movie "FML" and the show "Cringeworthy". [40]
Personal Life
He has a brother and two younger sisters and even taped himself gifting one of them her dream car.
Because of his flamboyant posts and antics with close friend Heath Hussar, fans have speculated that Zane is gay. However, Zane and Heath addressed this with an emphatic "no!", later trolling their fans by kissing on a dare. [13][37]
