Zachary was at NASA working on augmented reality systems for unmanned vehicles. [3]After NASA, Zachary co-founded VIRES Aeronautics, providing boundary layer solutions to enhance the performance of drones. [3]He served as their CTO and was there for three years. [3]Prior to entering the commercial sector, Zachary led research efforts at the Wyss Institute for Harvard Bioengineering. [1]In 2015, he became the youngest principal at the Founders Fund where he focuses on investments in biotech to AI. [3]He assisted in one of the firm's biggest exits in Stemcentrx which was acquired for up to 10.2 billion by AbbVie in 2016 as well as Opbeat, and application performance Management vendor acquired by Elastic in 2017.
