On Friday March 1, 2019, Greenberg was arrested after allegedly assaulting a conservative activist, Hayden Williams, on University of California, Berkeley campus in February 2019.
Video of the incident was shared widely on social media.
A judge had issued an arrest warrant for Greenberg for the attack that occurred on February 19, 2019.
Williams was left with a black eye.
