Xanthe Pajarillo (McRib girl)
Xanthe Pajarillo is a Filmmaker, Writer, McRib activist, and USAF veteran. [9] She has worked for several production companies incuding HBO. She also worked production for Santa Clarita Valley Television. She was in the health services for the USAF from 2007-2012. In Between that time she also freelanced as a photographer. [4]
She graduated from the California Institute of Arts with a Bachelor of Arts in Photography & Media. [4]
On November 24th, 2015, Xanthe spoke in front of the Santa Clarita Council to share her thoughts about McDonald's no longer carrying the McRib sandwich. Xanthe admitted that she and her family have always eaten the sandwich for most Thanksgivings they have spent together. [1]
She is currently working on a Web series that is in pre-production about representing the Air force in a humanizing light. [4]
She was the organizational founder and president of CalArts Comedy. [4]
