Wuttisan "Tei" Wongtalay was a Thai man based in Thalang District. [1]

On April 24, 2017, Wuttisan hanged his 11-month-old daughter, Beta on Facebook Live before hanging himself at a deserted building in Phuket’s Thalang district. [1]

In the video, Wuttisan shows a bottle of liquid, Kratom extraction, which he gives to his daughter to drink. [1] He also takes a drink from the substance. [1]

After drinking the liquid, he ties a rope around his daughter's neck and lowers her down.

Police found their bodies hanged from the side of a derelict building in Moo 3, Sakoo, near Nai Thon Beach.
