In June 2017, Kenney was arrested for exposing himself to a 17 year old lifeguard and rubbing his groin at the Forest City Pool. ^{[1] [0]}

Kenney was arraigned and released to probation so he could undergo an immediate psychiatric evaluation.

He also signed an order of protection to stay away from the lifeguard.
