William Bentley de Vogelaere (born October 6), is known as Wills or HashtagWill

s, is an American UI/UX designer, entrepreneur, and business executive. He specializes in making apps for the online dating and the adult entertainment industries. ^{[1] [15]}

He is a Co-founder and Product Lead at SpankChain, an Ethereum based payment platform that uses blockchain technology to decentralize the adult webcam industry and provide porn stars with more autonomy. ^[1]

de Vogelaere graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and International Business in 2009.

After graduating from college, de Vogelaere worked for himself creating several online applications. In 2015, he created Flash Dating, an online dating app built around the concept of creating a community devoid of false identity, outdated pictures, spam, and catfishing. Through the app (Flash.AI), he developed a consulting agency called Blind Beta, a predictive analytics app which gives companies actionable insights and predictions and generates reports based on those insights. That year, de Vogelaere also founded Dance Tonight with Ryan Botwinick. The app served as a dance music event guide that helped people discover dance events, purchase tickets, follow their favorite artists, and connect with others.

From 2017, William de Vogelaere co-founded SpankChain as a Project Lead.
