William Boucher is an American resident of Chicago, Illinois.

Boucher describes himself as a high school dropout and entrepreneur. He attended Wheaton North High School.

Boucher is known for riding a Unicycle. There is a video of him riding a unicycle to the very same Starbucks where he got into trouble in 2017.

Boucher is a big fan of the Chicago Cubs- in 2012, he applied to be a Cubs Summer Ball Boy.

On June 6, 2017, Boucher was recorded on video that went viral on social media spitting and punching at customers after someone accidently spilled coffee on him at a Starbucks in Chicago Loop. ^[1]

The incident occurred at about 2:30 p.m. local time on West Lake Street.

^[1] After hurling racial slurs at a Black / African man, Boucher also spit on a 30 year old man and 34-year-old woman before punching a 59-year-old homeless man. ^[1]

He is heard yelling at a black / african patron, "Your children are disposable vermin !" and "Get on all fours right now! Get on all fours! Do not walk off on two legs!"^[1]

Other bystanders intervened and attempted to ease the tension, but Boucher continued to hurl racial slurs at the man, “Shut up slave! Do not talk to me!”^[1]

The incident spills out onto the street and goes on for several minutes.

As he starts to leave, he's approached by a black / african homeless man. ^[1]

He throws a single punch and sends him to the ground.

Witnesses tackled Boucher and held him down until authorities arrived.

Boucher has been charged with three counts of misdemeanor battery. He is due in court on July 5, 2017.
