Valeria Lipovetsky (born September 19, 1990) is a YouTube star. ^[1] She is a Israel–Russia n Model who is perhaps most famous for her eponymous YouTube channel, where she offers makeup tutorials, nutritional advice and more. She is also the creator of the blog The Modern Fox.

After establishing herself as a model in both Israel and Canada, she has also gained fame on Social media with her eponymous YouTube channel. A native of Cherkessk, the capital of Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Russia, Lipovetsky left her native country at the age of two and moved to Israel with her mother and older brother.

She set up her YouTube channel in December 2013. She primarily posts vlogs, makeup tutorials, and videos on nutritional advice. She is also an accomplished blogger.^[11]

She grew up there and at the age of 19, immigrated to Canada. She began working as a Model while she was still in Israel and in the ensuing years, her job has allowed her to visit and live in places like Tokyo, New York City, Paris and Barcelona.

She has modelled for some of the top international brands, including Forever 21, Nasty Gal, and Bloomingdale's.

Lipovetsky began modelling when she was 16 years old.

At the time, she and her family were still in Israel.

Modelling has been a challenging profession for her, especially because of her height.

She is rather short (5′7″) for a model.

Besides participating in commercial campaigns for brands like Forever 21, Nasty Gal, and Bloomingdale, she was supposed to model for Victoria's Secret’s Pink collection. However, on the day of the Photo shoot, she felt so insecure and nervous that she froze when she got in front of the camera and was eventually removed from the project. She has also been featured in magazines like ‘Cosmopolitan’ and ‘Glamour.’

Lipovetsky created her channel on December 1, 2013, and posted the first video on March 21, 2016.

In the ensuing years, she has posted videos on a variety of topics.

She primarily vlogs, offers makeup tutorials, and advises people on the holistic lifestyle.

Her self-titled channel has accumulated several thousands of subscribers and millions of views to date.

Various members of her family make appearances in her videos.

Lipovetsky has made content on some of the most important moments of her life, including visiting her hometown and seeing her biological father for the first time in years.

In one of the most popular videos on her channel, she showed how her body transformed every week during her third pregnancy.

In 2012, she married businessman Gary Lipovetsky.

Gary comes from a humble background himself.

His parents are Ukrainian immigrants who came to Canada in search of a better life.

Gary attended the University of Western Ontario from 1992 to 1996 and earned his bachelor’s degree in applied science. He is the co-founder of MenuPalace.com and DealFind.com and has reportedly served as the CEO of Providr.Inc since March 2015. At present, he is also his wife’s manager. Valeria is more than 17 years younger than Gary. They have three sons together, Benjamin, Jake, and Maximus. The family resides in Toronto, Canada.

Valeria was born on September 19, 1990, in Cherkessk, Karachay-Cherkess Republic, Russia. Her parents are Igor and Victoria. She has a brother named Denis. According to Lipovetsky, her parents were eighteen years old when they got married. When she was eight months old, her father cheated on her mother. Victoria subsequently moved out of her husband’s house with her children and for the following two years, they lived by themselves. When Lipovetsky was two years old, her family moved to Israel.

Lipovetsky is of Jewish background. Her mother was a popular singer both in Russia and Israel. She is the co-owner of the Elite Grande restaurant and reception hall in Toronto, Canada. At some point, she married her second husband, whom Lipovetsky grew up believing to be her real father. She later stated that she did not realise the truth until she was a little older. She did not have any contact with her biological father since his separation from her mother. He did not play any role in her upbringing. They would not meet until October 2017 when Lipovetsky and her mother visited their hometown.

Lipovetsky can speak Russian, Hebrew language, and English.
