[12]He has been charged with 1st-degree murder for killing Officer Blake Snyder.
Forster had been living in Affton, Missouri as a drug dealer.
He had a pending felony marijuana charge.
**Death of Officer Blake Snyder **
On the morning of October 6, 2016, at around 5 A.M., Forster was banging on the door of a girl he had relations with in a neighborhood in Green Park, Missouri.
Police were called to the scene and arrived while Forster was sitting in his car.
Synder commanded Forster to show his hands.
Forster exited his vehicle and shot Snyder at point blank range, which immediately proved to be a fatal wound.
The officer accompanying Snyder fired back at Forster in response, critically injuring him.
