James "The" Farrow is a rapper hailing from Minneapolis currently residing in Manhattan, New York. James began to harness his work ethic in the hip hop scene during his time in Los Angeles, California where he honed his songwriting skills and production talent before moving to the Big Apple where he records at the famous Grandmaster Flash recording studios.

Farrow was recruited from Minnetonka High School (Minnetonka, MN) class of 2011. He committed to Virginia Tech Virginia Tech on 8/12/2010. He was recruited by Torrian Gray.
