Terri Lynn Horman
Terri Horman is the step-mother of Kyron Horman, a child that has been missing from Skyline Elementary School since June 2010 in Portland, Oregon. The boy was seven years old at the time of his disappearance. Terri has since been the focus of investigators in connection to the disappearance as she was the last person to have seen him. She has also been at the forefront of several legal controversies she has gotten herself into since. [undefined]
Kyron's Disappearance
On June 4th, 2010, shortly after 8 a.m., Terri dropped off Kyron at Skyline Elementary School for the science fair.
Later in the afternoon, around 2:30 p.m., Terri and her husband at the time, Kaine Horman, drove out to meet with Kyron at the bus stop - they were told by the bus driver that Kyron was not there.
Terri called the elementary school and was informed that he was no where to be seen.
His belongings were still in the classroom.
A large-scale operation ensued and no clues ever turned up.
Weeks after, authorities continued their investigation.
At one point, Terri failed a polygraph test provided by one of the agencies working together on the case.
Weeks later after the investigation was coming to a close, Kaine Horman filed for divorced after an explosive argument that took place.
He gained custody of their daughter, and the divorce finalized in 2013.
Court Filings indicate that Kaine believed that Terri was involved in Kyron's disappearance.
Gun Charges
After moving to northern California just outside of Sacramento in Marysville, she lived with a roommate who reported that his handgun was missing from a safe in his home. [undefined]
After Terri was discovered with a stolen vehicle in San Francisco, they discovered that she had the gun in her possession. Prosecutors charged Moulton with grand theft firearm, a misdemeanor crime.
Records show she failed to show up for arraignment and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Domestic Violence
On November 28th, 2016, in another instance, Joseph Cristobal, Terri's ex-boyfriend and domestic partner, filed for a temporary restraining order against her.
He has stated that he fears for his life and that he doesn't know what she is capable of doing.
He filed a restraining order after she was trying to put a kitchen knife to his face and that if he ever spoke to law enforcements something terrible would happen him and his family.
A hearing on the restraining order was scheduled for December 16 th, 2016 at the Sacramento County Superior Court.
Moulton has not been charged for a crime related to Cristobal's accusations.
That same day, Moulton was scheduled to appear in Yuba County Superior Court for a different case, involving a different alleged victim related to a stolen handgun.
Failure to Appear in court

On July 14th, 2016 Moulton was booked and released from the Yuba County jail for failure to appear.
She later pleaded not guilty to the theft charge and posted bail the same day.
Grand Theft Auto
On December 23rd, 2016, at around 1:24 p.m. in a residential area of Belvedere, California she was arrested for taking a vehicle without the owner's consent and booked into the Marin county Jail. Belvedere police said an officer noticed the vehicle with a mechanical violation. When the officer checked the license plate, it was identified as a stolen vehicle and Horman was arrested without incident. [undefined]
She posted a $25,000 bail and was released.
