Terri "Missy" Bevers was a fitness instructor from Red Oak, Texas. She was the leader of Camp Gladiator Midlothian, a boot camp style fitness class. Bevers was a married woman with three children.

She studied to be a fitness trainer at the International Sports Sciences Association.

Bevers was killed on April 18, 2016 in Midlothian, Texas at Creekside Church of Christ. She was found dead by members of her “Camp Gladiator" fitness class, which was set to begin at 5 a.m. at the church.

Police suspect that Bevers was slain by a man seen on video at the Creekside Church of Christ wearing black tactical gear similar to how SWAT officers dress.

Police say the intruder attacked Bevers, leaving her with traumatic injuries that ultimately led to her death.

They say she may have interrupted a burglary, but call the timing odd.

A $10,000 reward has been offered in the case on information leading to the suspect in the video.
