Teddy Schliefer is originally from Dover, Delaware. He graduated from Princeton University. He also spent a semester abroad at Hertford College.
Career
Teddy Schleifer started his career in 2010 as a staff writer and later News Editor at the Daily Princetonian. In 2013, he served as a City Desk Intern at the Philadelphia Inquirer.
In 2014, Teddy became David E. Rosenbaum Reporting Intern at the New York Times . From 2014 to 2015 he worked as a Political Reporter at Houston Chronicle , covering local elections, political strategy and the city's changing political demographics.
In 2015, Teddy became a Political Reporter at CNN, writing about money in politics during the 2016 presidential campaign. He quit the company in 2017 to join Recode.
