Suzanne Marie Carlson was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida. ^[1]

She recently moved to Jacksonville Beach and was engaged.

Carlson was last seen at about 3:15 a.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2017 local time both on video and in person going door-to-door ringing doorbells and knocking on doors in her Sanctuary Lake neighborhood.

A neighbor stated they opened the door for her but was unable to understand what she was saying, due to the fact that she was very irrational. ^[1]

On Saturday, December 30, 2017, authorities found her body in the intercostal waterway near J Turner Butler Boulevard. ^[1]

At about 7:30 p.m., Carlson’s fiance called police after returning to shore and discovering she was gone.

Her car was still at their residence but her purse was gone and cellphone shut off.

Carlson’s fiance last spoke to her Wednesday evening.

He had been out to sea since Christmas day 2017. ^[1]
