Steven Dean Gordon is a 47 year old sex offender and murderer from Orange County, CA. ^{[undefined] [undefined]}

Gordon was a registered sex offender after being convicted of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14.

He was convicted in 1992 and had a 2002 kidnapping conviction.

At the time of the killings, Gordon was living in an RV in an industrial area of Anaheim where he and fellow sex offender, Franc Cano, brought their victims.

He wore a GPS device during at least three of the murders, according to grand jury testimony.

Gordon has been charged with killing three women who went missing in Santa Ana in late 2013.

Three of the named victims — Kianna Jackson, 20, of Las Vegas; Josephine Vargas, 34, of Santa Ana; and Martha Anaya, 27, of Santa Ana — vanished and were never found.

The body of the fourth — Jarrae Estepp, 21, of Elk City, Okla.

— was found at a recycling plant in Anaheim in March 2014.
