Sheri Rose Shepherd is an American Public speaker, Author, and Christian Pastor who shares her story about struggling with eating disorders, suicide, depression, and how she found Jesus.

At early age, Sheri started having issues with her body and her confidence.

In High School, during her Junior year in High School, she got mock by individuals in her group for being a chubby young lady including the prom King who inquired as to whether she was a stranded whale who could go to their sea shore party.

She concluded that experience would be the last time anybody would call her a whale.

When she began her senior year, she had shed pounds and entered a stunner exhibition where she won..

After high school, she continued to participate in beauty pageants to the point where she was a part of the national competition for Miss USA. Two weeks before the pageant, she began to have health problems. She could not break free from the struggle of having an eating disorder.

At the age of 24, she met a couple who were missionaries who advised her during her hardest moments.

When she was battling depression and felt suicidal, she decided that she would give Christianity a chance.

She has since become an Author and Pastor who gives instructions about the gospel in her Bible classes. She often shares her story along with others.

On Social media, particularly on Facebook, she has a big following. She often goes on Facebook live to communicate with her followers.

According to her GoFundMe, she has been diagnosed with cancer and has been battling it since 2014.
