Education
Shawnna graduated from Regis University in 1996 with a degree in business administration.[1]
Career
Hoffman started her career in 1991 as a Regional Manager at LexisNexis. Later, she worked as a Manager at Fios, Inc. and Thomson FindLaw. In 2007, Shawnna became the Co-Founder and Global Executive director of Women in eDiscovery, a non-profit world-wide organization that brings together businesswomen interested in technology related to the legal industry. From 2008 to 2012, she worked at Navigant Consulting and LECG Corporation.[1]
Since 2012, Shawnna has been a Global Cognitive Legal Co-Leader at IBM. In 2018, she co-founded Diversity in Blockchain (DiB), a non-profit organization committed to driving inclusion, education and leadership for diverse people in Blockchain and emerging technologies; she is currently a board member.[1]
