Shachar Bialick is a serial entrepreneur and the CEO of Curve.
Early Years & Education
At 18, Shachar started his training at Israeli special forces.
He spent there 3 years.[3]
In 2008, Shachar received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University.[5]
In 2013, he obtained an Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.[5]
Career
Shachar started his first startup in 2002.
His second company, DoorCenter I Ltd., was later acquired by Merav Migun Ltd.
From 2008-2009, he worked as a Junior Associate at Gornitzky & Co., where he participated in the legal issues and aspects of startup companies as well as multi-million transactions and capital markets, including public offerings and regulatory issues relating to public companies in Israel.[5]
In 2009, Shachar became the founder and CEO of SmartEQ, introducing novel applicants’ tracking system (ATS) and evaluation technology.
The company was later acquired by Machshavot Ltd.
From 2010-2012, Bialick was the CEO of Machshavot SmartJOB.[5]
In August 2013, Shachar became a Head of Product at Checkout.com and worked there for a year.
In 2014, he founded Curve, a banking platform, consolidating all user's cards and accounts into one smart card and an even smarter app.[5]
