Career
Abramovitch moved to New York City in 1995 where he worked as a researcher at magazines like Vanity Fair, Conde Nast House & Garden and Mademoiselle.
After graduating, he joined the digital team at USA Networks.
He moved to L.A. in 2001, where he started out as a writer's assistant at the hit NBC sitcom Will & Grace, then later transitioned to the development team at Lionsgate where he helped launch hit series like Weeds and Mad Men.
Abramovitch was a staff writer on HBO comedy Tilda.
In 2012, he joined The Hollywood Reporter as the deputy editor of its website, and was promoted to senior writer at the magazine the following year.
