Sean Michael Kratz (born February 14, 1997) is an American resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On July 14, 2017, Kratz was arrested and charged for his alleged connection to the murders of Jimi Tar Patrick, Dean Finocchiaro, Thomas Meo, and Mark Sturgis in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

Kratz is the cousin of Cosmo DiNardo. Residents of Benner Street, where Kratz often spent time visiting his former girlfriend, recalled him as being a lanky kid who often wore a black hoodie.

He is the son of Vanessa Amodei.

In June 2016, Kratz was arrested for burglary and theft.

In December 2016, Kratz was arrested again and charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime and possession of a controlled substance, this time at a Macy’s in the Willow Grove Park mall in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.

On July 14, 2017, he was rearrested in connection with the Cosmo DiNardo killings. Kratz allegedly used construction equipment to help DiNardo bury the bodies.

Kratz faces a list of charges including three counts each of criminal homicide, conspiracy to commit criminal homicide, abuse of a corpse, and robbery.

Authorities searched his home in the 800 block of Magee Ave. in Northeast Philadelphia's Lawndale neighborhood.

DiNardo told investigators that he had agreed to sell Jimi Tar Patrick four pounds of marijuana for $8,000. DiNardo stated he picked up Patrick at Patrick's home in Newtown on July 5, 2017, and drove him to the DiNardo property at 6071 Lower York Road in Solebury.

When they arrived, DiNardo stated, Patrick had only $800, so DiNardo offered to sell him a shotgun for that amount. They walked to a remote part of the property, where DiNardo stated he fatally shot Patrick with a .22 caliber rifle.

DiNardo then drove a backhoe that was on the property to where Patrick lay, dug a hole no more than 6 feet deep and buried him. Investigators located Patrick's body in that grave late Thursday.

On July 7, 2017, DiNardo told investigators, he agreed to sell a quarter-pound of marijuana to Dean Finocchiaro for about $700. DiNardo first picked up Kratz, whom he described as his cousin, and drove to Finocchiaro's home in Middletown, agreeing on the way that they would rob him.

DiNardo stated he gave Kratz a.357 handgun belonging to his mother, and then drove all three to the Solebury property. Kratz then shot Finocchiaro in the head as they were leaving a barn on the site. DiNardo told investigators he then took the gun and shot Finocchiaro a second time as the victim lay on the ground.

Also on July 7, 2017, DiNardo stated he met Thomas Meo and Mark Sturgis at a church parking lot in Peddlers Village, a short distance west of the Dinardo property on Route 202 in Lahaska. DiNardo told investigators that he had a marijuana deal set up with Meo.

DiNardo told investigators that Meo and Sturgis followed him to the Solebury property in Meo's Nissan Maxima.

After parking the Nissan at 2827 Aquetong Road, Meo and Sturgis rode with DiNardo in his truck to the adjacent Lower York Road property, where Kratz awaited.

After the men exited the truck, DiNardo shot Meo in the back with the.357 handgun, then fired several times at Sturgis as he fled.

DiNardo then ran over Meo with the backhoe before using it to lift both bodies into a metal tank, which the cousins referred to as the "pig roaster", where he already had placed Finocchiaro's corpse.

The cousins doused the corpses in gasoline, lit them and walked away.

The following day, Dinardo told police, he and Kratz returned to the property, where Dinardo used the backhoe to dig a deep hole and bury the tank containing the three bodies.
