Scott Walker is an American angel investor and serial entrepreneur who is involved in the internet space as well as cryptocurrencies. ^[1] He is based in Irvine, California.

Walker is originally from Hoffman Estates, Illinois and graduated from Hoffman Estates High School. ^[1]

Walker was the Founder and CEO of New Motion, one of the leading ringtone providers in the United States.
