Scott Scarborough is a Houston, TX resident, University of Houston student, and current NASA employee who allegedly had racist tweets rediscovered and deleted his account. Currently, Scarborough is trying to scrub the word "NASA" from his social media profiles.

Scarborough is majoring in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Houston–Clear Lake. He transferred from San Jacinto College. At the University of Houston, Scarborough is a photographer for the school newspaper and the yearbook.

Scarborough's key role with NASA is drafting and scheduling social media posts for NASA’s many social media channels such as @Space_Station, @NASA_Johnson, and @NASA_Technology.

Scarborough is also a photographer and Assistant Manager of a GameStop video game retailer.

In a Tweet posted by @Comfort, showing the order of events of Scarborough being caught, blocking, deleting tweets, and then ultimately deleting his profile.
