Savilla Stoltzfus is a resident of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. She is the partner of Daniel Stoltzfus.

On June 17, 2016 Stoltzfus and Daniel Stoltzfus were arrested in connection with child sexual assault charges after police were notified of 12 girls ,18-years-old and younger, were found living in Lee Kaplan's residence in Lower Southampton, Pennsylvania. ^[0]

The couple have been accused of trading their daughter for financial assistance or a "gift" to Lee Kaplan. ^[0]

All three have been charged with 2 counts each of: statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault where the complainant is less than 16 years old, indecent assault of a person less than 16 years of age, corruption of minors, contact or communication with minor – sexual offenses.

Savilla Stoltzfus stated that she knew that her daughter was having sexual intercourse with Kaplan and did not remove her from the home.
