Sangeeta Pendurkar is the Managing Director of world’s largest cereal maker company, Kellogg India Private Limited. [-1] She ranked 28th in the Fortune India’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Business list in 2011. She replaced Anupam Datta, who was resigned to the South-African and Sub-Saharan operations of Kellogg. Education
Sangeeta graduated from the University of Mumbai in Pharmaceutical Sciences 1986 and later completed her Management Degree in Marketing from the University of Pune in 1988. Her marketing expertise in three industries - financial services, packaged goods and pharmaceuticals. [3]
Career
Over the twenty years of her career, Sangeeta has worked across many fields, including distribution, sales and marketing.
She started her career with Hindustan Ciba-Geigy in 1988, which is now known by name Novartis India Lmt.
She has worked for Hindustan Unilever, HSBC Bank Middle East and Kimberly clark. [6]
She also has worked as the Chief Marketing Officer of Middle-East at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
Currently, she is the MD of Kellogg India Private Limited.
Achievements
Pendurkar has made in Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business list for four times in a row from year 2011 to 2015.
She has been listed as one of Impact’s 50 Most Influential Women in Media, Advertising and Marketing four times consecutively from year 2012 to 2015.

Her passions include reading and music and is an ardent art collector.
She is married to Sandeep Pendurkar.
